I'm very pleased with Soundboks' products as well as their customer service.
I've owned a Soundboks 2 (now sold) and two New Soundboks.
The Soundboks 2 didn't ever have a single problem. The power supply was faulty though. After about half a year of use, the supply started whining and it really became unbearable being in a room with the charging battery and that whining sound. So, I contacted Soundboks, sent over a video depicting my problem and within three days of my email, I received a brand new power supply without having to send back the faulty one. A few months later, when the second winter started, my Boks wouldn't turn on anymore after leaving it in my car outside. Turns out the battery was faulty and couldn't be used as it was too cold - I always had to wait until the temperature rose a bit. Again, I contacted Soundboks, gave them the details, filled out a form and sent back the battery. Within two days after the arrival of the faulty battery in Denmark, I received a brand new battery which never had any problems up until today almost two years later.
At the start of this year, I got myself the New Soundboks and never had a single problem up until today. A few weeks ago, I purchased another one, which, unfortunately, arrived practically unusable. When turning up the volume, the speaker started to rassle. Again, I contacted Soundboks, sent over a video and sent back the Boks itself. Within an hour of the Boks arriving in Denmark, they fixed the problem and sent it back. Two days later, it arrived at my home.
Overall, I can 100% recommend purchasing from Soundboks. Delivery has always been super quick and the support is excellent - very friendly and very competent.
Note: Although the Sounboks rep I've been in touch with from the very start invited me to rate Soundboks on Trustpilot, I can assure you that this is my honest opinion and experience and in no way did Soundboks interfere or ask me to rate them positively.
